MATTHEW SMITH – Property Manager / Real Estate Agent

Matthew grew up in the charming town of Snowflake located in Northern Arizona. He loves that he grew up experiencing all four seasons each year – (Yes, we actually get four seasons in Arizona!):). At age 19, he chose to serve a 2 year mission for his Church which covered Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas which is a testament to his genuine characteristics and passion to serve others. This decision primed him in establishing such personable and endearing people skills which has ultimately been extremely advantageous in his career. He acquired many life-long beneficial skills including planning, organization and effective communication. Shortly after serving his mission, Matthew relocated to the Phoenix Metro area just before getting married to the love of his life, Kaylee. Not long after realizing his passion for real estate, Matthew earned his real estate license in 2008, and jumped right into the property management industry. Matthew is also member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Matthew brings a wide variety of experience in the industry and has a clear comprehension of the residential real estate market. Matthew is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. He has strong core values and believes in treating people like people. Matthew has successfully assisted hundreds of investors acquire, rehab, and manage high performing properties through trustee sales through-out Maricopa and Pinal County giving him a noteworthy edge. Matthew’s incomparable passion for helping others combined with his transcendent level of integrity and work ethic has significantly contributed to Brewer & Stratton’s focus on maintaining a favorable reputation. He and his wife Kaylee have two handsome boys (Tripp, & Hank), a beautiful little girl (Roni), and another one on the way! His family is his world. He stays active in his church and currently serves in the youth group and scouting organization. When Matthew isn’t working or serving, you can find him spending time with his family either camping or spending time in the outdoors. He loves sports (any and every type). He frequently plays basketball, Racquetball, Golf, ultimate frisbee, and anything else that comes his way. He is a very competitive person and despises loosing!:)

Definitely on your side. The hot water heater broke, they forgot about my home warrantee and sent plumbers of their own. The home warranty company sent a check but it was a fraction of what the plumber charged, so Brewer & Stratton agreed to make up the difference. Not everyone would do that. I have had terrible luck with rental managers in the Phoenix area. Brewer & Stratton is my fourth but they are the first ones I trust and I would recommend them and hire them again and again!
