SHANNON HELLIKER – Leasing Agent

Shannon is an Arizona Native and has lived in Gilbert since 1998. Shannon earned her Bachelors degree in Interior Design in 2003 from Northern Arizona University. Shortly after graduating, Shannon pursued a career in the residential housing industry where she held various roles mainly in model merchandising and also worked in property management for several years. With the economic downturn of 2009, Shannon decided to pursue her dream of owning her own business, a retail party store which she ran for over 5 years. Always looking to learn and grow, Shannon decided to leave the retail industry and obtain her real estate license in 2019. Shannon’s work ethic, attention to detail and ability to excel in everything she does makes her an excellent addition to the Brewer and Stratton family. Shannon enjoys photography, DIY home projects, camping and traveling with her husband and their 3 children.
