On average, it takes us less than 30 days to find a qualified tenant for your home from start to finish. Our statistics over the last several years have shown that the best time to advertise your home for rent are during the months of January and February. Historically January through March are the busiest times of the year for the rental market. With our highly trained staff, and expertise we can make sure your home is priced right, advertised professionally and looks good!
What will my home rent for?
There are multiple factors that we will take into consideration when determining an accurate rental amount for your property. Depending on current market value based upon time of year, neighborhood/location, square footage, number of bedrooms, pool, etc…will determine rent price. We will provide you will a FREE rental analysis and similar rental comps for you to help you make an informed decision on renting your property.
How do you screen tenants?
We believe that an ounce of prevention can prevent a pound of cure! We have a rigorous and thorough tenant screening process which includes a full credit report, a criminal background check, eviction check, previous and current rental history, income verification, and employment verification. Once we gather all of this information, we present it to you as the home owner and will make a decision together on whether or not you want to move the tenant into the property.

Will Brewer & Stratton Property Management do inspections on my home?
We have full time home inspectors inspecting all of our vacant properties twice per month and all of our occupied properties once each year. Additional inspections are performed upon request.
