Our Story
Our Phoenix property management company was founded in 2012 by two real estate veterans who saw a need for better property management. Both Damon Stratton and Brett Brewer brought a wealth of experience to the table when they formed Brewer & Stratton Property Management (now known as Stratton Vantage Property Management), a leading property management firm in Phoenix. Through a complete dedication to serving others and offering phenomenal services, Stratton Vantage Property Management has seen tremendous growth over the past decade.
We believe in the Golden Rule and that what you put out is what you get back. Because, first of all, that's the right thing to do. But it also makes smart business sense. Success in the property management industry requires building honest, mutually beneficial relationships with both property owners and tenants.
